Leadership is NOT a position nor a title, it is action and example
Civil society organization leaders need leadership and communication skill. So, 5 days (20-24th December 2018) leadership training was organized in Pokhara for managers /organizers of civil society organizations collaboration with NGO Federation of Kaski Nepal. 16 leaders from 10 different NGOs have participated. The training was successful to reflect their leadership styles and learn new techniques. The training was supported by Libre Foundation, Netherlands. Trainer Ram Chandra Paudel (BTC) and Alette Broekens (Libre Foundation) jointly facilitated the training.
