I came to know Ram Chandra Paudel from Bikalpa Training centre who came as a lead facilitator for the project “Helambu, Youth for Change”. I find the methods and ways very powerful and strong which Ram Chandra uses to empower people including youths. Even when we just started with this project, when he worked on the schedules, I was already very impressed and excited to learn from him. He dig out pain, problems as well as happiness and strengths of participants through the simple words while talking to them; very easy and sweet which would easily convey the message and help them understand. He has really inspired me to find a good way to work with youth. The special techniques he uses to connect with the participants and bring out their true potential is something to learn from him. I would like to say that, he is one of the best facilitators and inspiring person I have met so far. Thank you!

I am from Nepalgunj, Banke. I met Ram Chandra Paudel during the project, “Helambu, Youth for Change.” I came to know that he travels all around the country and world to empower and inspire people. The way he forms the bond with and between the participants, despite their culture, background, ethnic group, caste and status through different games and activities is one of the best qualities in him. Through these activities and techniques, he truly motivates people and help them realize that, everyone is here for a reason and have a potential to do something for themselves, for their family and the whole country. Although I am a youth facilitator in this project, I was also on the process of going to abroad for work. When I got chance to assist Ram Chandra, not only he inspired and changed the participants life, he changed mine too. I realized that being in our own country and doing something here is so important. I would like to say that, if anyone is trying to help youths, motivate them or just trying to do something good to the people then the best option is to contact Bikalpa Training Centre or Ramchandra Paudel sir. I don’t think I have seen anyone as good as him till now.

I am one of the participants in “Helambu, Youth for Change” training finding my way to grounded in my village. He has inspired me as well as my fellow participants. He motivates youth to do something for their own country as no job is superior or inferior. We need to have a goal and work on it, the way will be paved itself. As being a teacher to little kids myself, I learned how I can use the techniques or games and activities which Ram Chandra used, also in my classroom to engage all my students and bring the lively environment in the class. I would like to tell the people out there that if you ever get a chance to be in a training facilitated by Ram Chandra sir or have a talk with him, please don’t miss it. He can relight the candle which is already on the verge to die.
