Leadership and Communication training facilitated with NGO managers

5 days (16th-20th December 2022) leadership and communication training was organized in Pokhara for managers /organizers of civil society organizations in collaboration with NGO Federation of Kaski Nepal. 17 leaders from 10 different NGOs have participated.  The training was interactive and successful to reflect their leadership styles and learn new techniques. The training was supported by Libre Foundation, Netherlands. Trainer Ram Chandra Paudel (BTC) and Alette Broekens (Libre Foundation) jointly facilitated the training.
