Personal and Social transformational training workshop

A week long Personal and Social transformational training workshop was facilitated for Total School Approach (TSA) facilitators in Sermathang, Helambu, Sindhupalchok –North East part of Kathmandu.  Sharada and Ram were facilitating the workshop for the 11 youth’s facilitators who are working for an Education project.  They have appreciated the workshop so much from this they gained so many tools and techniques how to be with people as a trust worthy person so that they can look and observe the situations of parents, community people and school family. They are assisting people in need for quality engagement in education for children. They gained knowledge and skills on policies of education to medicate the community issues about public education.  TSA has commitment to Practice Peace and Nonviolence within and with community. TSA has openness on nonviolence education to build skills in voicing grievances and learning from differences.  They are facilitating policy changes for citizen control over reckless government behavior and reliance on integrity.
