Follow up leadership training for managers

2 days (21^st -22^nd December 2022) Follow up leadership training was organized in Pokhara for managers /organizers of Civil Society Organizations who were participating in the 5 days leadership and communication training in 2018 in collaboration with NGO Federation of Kaski Nepal. This time 7 leaders from different NGOs have participated.  The training was a refreshment and successful to reflectingtheir leadership styles how they have been practicing. The training was supported by Libre Foundation, Netherlands. Trainer Ram Chandra Paudel (BTC) and Alette Broekens (Libre Foundation) jointly facilitated the training.
